Charges include postage and packing and are calculated according to where in the world you are ordering from (UK, Europe or North America), and the combined weight of everything you order.

Where we deliver
We will deliver to all postal areas in the UK, North America and Europe. We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
How we deliver
All orders are delivered Royal Mail First Class delivery. For larger orders or international orders, we will choose the most effective method of delivery based on the value of your order, the content, the cost to us of delivery and getting your order to you safely and as fast as possible.
When to expect your order
We endeavour to despatch orders received by 10am on the same day if the item is currently in stock.
The delivery times and details quoted below apply to products in stock.
Items sent by post will be delivered with your normal mail and should be expected 2 and 3 days after the date of despatch.
Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take longer than our usual delivery times.
